Escape to the serene Somerton Lodge and embark on a transformative journey with Get Into Recovery. From Friday evening to Sunday afternoon, immerse yourself in a supportive environment where you can focus on healing, learning, and personal growth.

📝 Retreat Schedule

Friday Evening: 6:00 PM – Arrival and Check-In (arrive anytime) – Settle into your rooms and prepare for a rejuvenating weekend. 7:00 PM – Welcome Buffet – Enjoy a delicious welcome buffet and get to know fellow participants. 8:00 PM – Icebreakers – Engage in fun activities to foster connections. 9:30 PM – Social Time or Retire for Relaxing Sleep – Wind down and prepare for a restful night’s sleep.

Saturday: 8:30 AM – Morning Meditation and Daily Reflection Discussion – Start the day with a guided meditation and group discussion on the daily reflection. 9:00 AM – Breakfast – Healthy breakfast to fuel the day. 9:45 AM – Workshop: How We Learn / Bloom’s Taxonomy / Conscious Competence – Interactive session on learning processes and personal development that are amazingly beneficial for the recovery journey. 12:30 PM – Light Lunch – Enjoy a light and nutritious lunch (Or take it to the beach). 1:30 PM – Beach Walk and Talk – Take a relaxing walk along the beach while engaging in meaningful conversations. 6:00 PM – Dinner – Savour a wholesome dinner. 7:30 PM – Recovery Movie Meet Up – A great new idea in movie watching. Study, enjoy and learn all at the same time. Recovery Movie Meet Ups is a great concept brought to you from our recovery friends in Hollywood.

Sunday Morning: 8:30 AM – Morning Meditation and Daily Reflection Discussion 9:00 AM – Breakfast – Nutritious breakfast to start the last day. 9:45 AM – Workshop: Cognitive Distortions / Shortcomings –  Session on identifying and overcoming cognitive distortions and there relevance in recovery. 12:30 PM – Light Lunch and Departure – Light lunch before departure, reflecting on the retreat experience and setting intentions for continued recovery.
